We were at the hospital and it's not meningitis, but the rash on the face, arms and body parts under her coat is warmer, the temperature has now changed from medicine, so I was worried about not only the rash may itch?

Is it more. My younger brother had received a huge rash and high fever before the rash itched a lot.
